 HERITAGE NO : 56 Beri Salihi joined the Saints on the back of a breakout year at Wigan. The fullback moved over Billinge Hill ahead of the 2024 campaign though, and joined Matty Smith’s side for pre-season training, which got underway on Tuesday 21st November 2023. Salihi formerly trained for Saints at academy level, before leaving to join the Cherry & Whites. She re-joined the Saints, in a move similar to the one current Saints’ Lucie Sams and Luci McColm made in 2022. A member of the England DiSE programme too, Salihi is currently in her second year of the DiSE programme. She also scored a try in Wigan’s Betfred Challenge Cup Semi Final defeat to Leeds Rhinos at Headingley in 2023. Beri made her debut in the full back role against London Broncos in March 2024. | ||||
