At the time of the match John was living with his parents at 41 Widnes Road, Widnes. He married twice, his first wife was Ann Kelsall who he wed in Warrington July 1886. After the death of Ann, John married Margaret Bach in 1909. John was father to four children. John Henry worked as a commercial clerk in a chemical works in Widnes. |
