BIOGRAPHY

William Price played his only game for the first team in the narrow home league defeat by Leigh by 11 points to 7 on the 28th September 1946. He played hooker in this match. In this match Jimmy Stott scored a try and kicked two goals to account for all the Saints points. William died in St Helens in April 1996, aged 75.
