 HERITAGE NO : 335 Emanating from Poolstock Wigan, William Parkinson was a versatile player who played 12 matches for the club between January 1924 and January 1927. He played both at hooker and in the second row. Parkinson was very unlucky for in 1926 he played in both semi- finals of the Lancashire Cup against Widnes but was not selected for the Final.
