 HERITAGE NO : 924 Colin played his only match for the Saints in the 17 points to 6 league away victory over Leeds. Ledsham played inside centre to Les Jones that day and made a try-scoring debut against top opposition. He told us that he played for the A team the day before his debut. He recalls that after a sound display he was pulled from the game at half time and informed that he would be playing for the Saints against Leeds on the following day. Colin was also a fine footballer and at one time he played for Liverpool Youth team. It was great to see Colin receive his Heritage Certificate in person at the Family Heritage Day in August 2019.
