 HERITAGE NO : 1264 Shay was an academy graduate who played in the centre or wing position. As an player in the Under 19 team, he scored 6 tries and kicked 42 goals in 11 matches at the time of his first team call up. Shay was a very accurate goal kicker. He was drafted into the First Team squad for the last league match in the 2021 season and made his debut on the right wing. In that game against Salford Shay booted over three goals. He also kicked a goal in his final appearance against Castleford in April 2022. Shane was released by the Saints at the end of the 2022 season. Dave Dooley |
