 HERITAGE NO : Hector Bradbury by Alex Service We have relatively little information about Hector Bradbury and his playing career at Knowsley Road. However, some information has been passed to us by his daughter, Norma Phillpot, who now lives in Surrey. He was born in Nutgrove on 27th December 1914. Hector was mainly an A Team player with the Saints and in June 1940, when he had finished playing, he got married and moved into a house in Crossley Road, where he remained until his death on 4th July 1975. |
